"I want to do something splendid before I go into my castle, something heroic or wonderful that won't be forgotten after I'm dead. I don't know what, but I'm on the watch for it, and mean to astonish you all some day." -Louisa May Alcott
Thank you! :D It's a free program called Inkscape-it's open source so you can just download it! If you google inkscape it's the first thing that pops up. There's a bit of a learning curve and it was really helpful to me to have some training with Adobe Illustrator first, which I could do because of my design class, but there are a lot of really good tutorials and videos and webpages out there on how to use it so if you wanted to try to get started on it with those I bet you could! And if you end up downloading it I could try to help answer questions-I'm still learning myself but I've been working with it for a while and my cousin taught me some things that have been really helpful (she was actually the one who showed it to me in the first place). Let me know if you decide to give it a try! It's a really good way to get started with digital stuff for free :)
I love getting comments, so please tell me what you think! I moderate comments, so don't worry if yours doesn't show up right away. I try to reply to all my comments, so be sure to click the "notify me" box so you can see replies! :)
UG I just love these!! What program are you using?

ReplyDeleteI didn't (although I wish I had because I love it!) I don't actually know who said it. . . someone wise and anonymous, I guess:)
