#inktober day 12: nobody

I read this for the first time in a biography of Emily Dickinson when I was twelve or so, and it's stuck with me ever since. I haven't studied her work as much as I like to, but I've always felt a fondness for Miss Dickinson-maybe it's our shared feelings about the dash as a punctuation mark of superior quality :) I also sympathize with the desire to stay in my room a lot . . . although not to the extent that Emily did. Anyway, enjoy :)
